Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any rental agreement entered into with Auto Rental Club. By using this site or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Renters must hold a valid driver's license, be eligible to drive for the ride-sharing or delivery platform they intend to use, and provide insurance documentation where applicable. We reserve the right to decline any rental application.

Rental agreements

Each rental is subject to a separate written rental agreement that sets out the vehicle, rate, rental period, mileage terms, and renewal options. In the event of a conflict, the signed rental agreement controls.

Use of the vehicle

Vehicles are authorized for commercial use within 100 miles of downtown San Diego. Vehicles may not be sublet, used for illegal purposes, or driven by anyone not listed on the rental agreement.

Maintenance and damage

We handle scheduled maintenance and offer roadside assistance. Renters are responsible for reporting damage, mechanical issues, and accidents promptly, and for any loss caused by misuse or neglect.

Payments and returns

Rates, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned at the end of the rental period unless the agreement is renewed.
