Privacy Policy

Auto Rental Club respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, desired rental length, and any comments you provide. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your quote request, prepare a rental agreement, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our rental business, or where required by law.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to quote requests. When you submit a quote request from an area where this is permitted, a conversion event (such as an anonymized interaction with our ad) may be shared with Google LLC for ad measurement and optimization. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. This feature is disabled for visitors in regions that require consent before such tracking.

Retention and security

Quote requests are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Access is limited to authorized staff.
